12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
This governing-law provision does not affect any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence, where those rights cannot be waived under applicable law. Real estate purchase transactions are governed by the laws of the state where the property is located, regardless of this provision.
